Rad Power Bikes Files Chapter 11

On December 15th, Rad Power Bikes filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection and is currently negotiating the potential sale of the company.

Unfortunately, this means Rad is unable to honor warranty claims going forward, which puts Rad e-bike owners like you and local shops like ours in a tough spot.

  • Full retail price on parts.
  • Standard labor rates for service and repairs.
